About us
We build the calm way to publish.
Aska started as an internal tool — a CMS our own editorial team wouldn't complain about. It worked, so we made it a product.
Tired of fighting our tools
Every publishing team we knew had the same story: content locked in a database nobody understood, designs frozen in templates nobody could edit, and a plugin for every problem except the big one. We wanted one tool where a writer, a designer and a developer could open the same project and each find their own way to work.
One workspace, three disciplines
Aska keeps structured content, visual editing and plain markup in a single loop. Editors assemble pages from a shared pattern library; designers tune the design tokens that drive every block; developers ship templates and collections without maintaining a parallel front end. Nothing is thrown over a wall, because there is no wall.
Small team, high standards
We are a small team with a simple rule: if a feature makes the CMS harder to reason about, it doesn't ship. That discipline is why pages render fast, migrations are boring, and our customers' teams actually enjoy publishing.
